Day 1-10: Setup Targeted Job Search
This first 10 days is what you will do it differently than your traditional search and apply process. You will create spreadsheets and complete exercises with one goal - Create a Plan to Execute a Highly Targeted Job Search Campaign that you can reuse and replicate for every job you will apply in your Career. You will have 1 to 3 tasks per day for the first 10 days that would take 1 to 2 hours per day to complete. Daily tasks instructions will be delivered by short video or text based lessons. Live Kickoff Show will start the Challenge. You will learn how to find companies and get referrals.

Day 11 to 20: LinkedIn and Networking
A typical LinkedIn profile is a replica of your Resume! That's going to Change! You will Optimize your LinkedIn - From your Title all the way to the Influencers you follow.Once you Optimize your Profile, we will focus on building and expanding your network by taking stock of what you have and maximizing the value. Two weeks worth of Tasks will be completed in 10 days time. You will get formulas and tactics to Optimize the LinkedIn Profile along with specific interviews to watch. A Live Kickoff show will start the Phase 2.

Day 21 to 30: Relationship & Information Interviews
Get ready to step out of your comfort zone. It's all about Relationship and Information Interviews in this 10 day span. What good does it do with a shiny profile if it's not put to use? You will have tasks to do Instant Networking, Job application via Instant Networking, while conducting Information Interviews to build relationships. Are you read y to build relationships that offer value? Remember Haley from my Job Search Webinar Presentation? She referred me to a job in EMC that was not posted + I did not even apply to the job! I ended up working for 10+ years! Live event to kicks off the Phase 3.

Day 31 to 40: Interview & Tool Kit Prep
It's time to improve your Interview Tool Kit - Resume, Cover Letter and creating a "Keep It File". You will also create a repository of documents and templates and interview answers. In this stage, I will hold a Group call with Live Mock Interviews for couple of randomly selected members. You will learn Interview Techniques, tips to Practice. Live event in the of this phase to hold mock interviews.

Day 41 to 50: Personal Branding
You will not be hiding behind a resume any longer. You need a personal brand to show case your personal side of things and technical side. You will create a simple (no coding) personal branding website. All you need for 5 to 10 key pages to showcase your personality. Yes, you need to buy a Domain Name and Hosting Plan. Free Site means Cheap! I will give you options and simple tasks to have a Beautiful and Effective site layout and plans to start with.
